I was just wondering if everyone can see the Up and Down banner at the top of the page. I have had a couple people tell me that they ca'nt. Please let me know if you can or can not see it. That way I can fix it.

it also work fine for me, i have checked it from three different contries,Denmark friday,Lithuania weekend,Latvia monday/tuesday.

and it has always been there
